Depending on the approved design, that can involve gravity distribution, pumps, pressure distribution, treatment components, controls, specialized drain fields, or other equipment.

We focus on installing the system correctly.

We also think about how it’s going to be maintained later.

Because eventually somebody has to service those components.

There’s no reason to make that person solve an underground escape room first.

Septic Design Coordination

New and replacement septic projects can involve designers, King County requirements, permits, installation, inspections, site conditions, and paperwork.

Quite a bit of paperwork.

King County’s septic regulations were substantially revised effective April 1, 2025, making familiarity with current requirements particularly important.

King County’s current inspection requirements vary significantly by system type. Conventional gravity systems generally require inspection every three years, while pressure distribution, mound, sand-filter, ATU, subsurface-drip, and other non-gravity systems generally require inspection every six months unless the manufacturer requires more frequent service.
